The Customers workspace in Partner Center is where Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners manage customer relationships, subscriptions, and service engagements. It streamlines license management, service provisioning, and support requests, enabling partners to efficiently deliver Microsoft solutions. By consolidating customer management, it helps CSPs grow their business, optimize operations, and strengthen customer relationships.

CSP partners drive Azure growth and revenue by reselling cloud services, managing customer subscriptions, and delivering solutions that increase Azure consumption.
